Client permission, samples and confidential work

What is this?

What you can show, when to mark a project as a sample, and extra care for legal and healthcare work.

Step-by-step

  1. Ask before you name a client

Leave Client name empty unless the client agreed to be named. You can still describe the work, for example "a café in Quezon City".

  2. Remove private details

Blur or crop names, faces, addresses, receipts, phone numbers and account details from photos before you upload them.

  3. Mark personal or practice work

Tick This is a personal or sample project for work that was not paid client work. Visitors see a Sample project label, which is honest and still useful proof of skill.

  4. Legal and healthcare

Do not show client matters, patient cases or anything covered by confidentiality. Share public work, credentials, talks and educational content instead. The editor shows a reminder for these categories.

  5. Take work down any time

Tap Unpublish on the project to hide it immediately. Its link keeps working again if you republish it.
