Set up your Facebook Page, ad access and payment

What is this?

The three things Meta needs before you can run an ad for your business.

Create a Facebook Page
Ads run from a business Page, not a personal profile. Create one at facebook.com/pages/create with your business name, category, profile photo and cover photo.
Open Meta Ads Manager
Go to adsmanager.facebook.com while logged in to the Facebook account that manages the Page. Meta creates an ad account the first time if you do not have one.
Check you have ad access to the Page
If someone else created the Page, ask them to give you full control or ad access in the Page or Meta Business settings.
Add a payment method
In Ads Manager, open Billing & payments and add a card or another method Meta offers in the Philippines. Meta charges you directly; Folivo never handles ad payments.
