Show your past work with a portfolio

What is this?

Add projects with photos or links so clients can judge your work before they ask for a quote.

Why it matters

Clients hire from proof. A published project appears on your storefront's Portfolio tab, on its own page, and beside the services you link it to.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Portfolio

On a phone, open Dashboard, tap the menu button at the top left, then Portfolio under Your shop. On a computer, tap Portfolio in the sidebar.

  2. Start a project

Tap Add your first project, or Add project once you have one. Service stores without a project also see Showcase your work → Add a project on the Dashboard.

  3. Name the project

Enter a Project title a client would recognise, for example "Logo and packaging for a neighbourhood bakery".

  4. Describe what you did

In What you did, cover the problem, your part in it and how you approached it. Two or three short paragraphs is enough.

  5. Add proof

Tap Add project photos (up to 8), or under Links to the work paste an address and tap Add link for work hosted elsewhere such as Behance, GitHub, YouTube or a PDF. Every project needs at least one photo or one link.

  6. Add the result (optional)

Fill in Outcome with a concrete result, plus Client name and When if you have permission to share them.

  7. Link your services

Under Related listings (optional), pick the listings this work is an example of. The project then shows on those listing pages, below the order section and description.

  8. Publish

Tap Publish project, or Save as draft to finish later. Drafts are private, and you can unpublish at any time.

  9. Share it

On your portfolio list, tap Copy link beside a published project to get a short link for chats, posts or ads.
