Send a contract and sign it electronically
What is this?
Where available on the Pro plan, add your contract to an engagement, send it to your client to sign, then sign it yourself.
Step-by-step
Open the engagement
Go to Engagements, tap the client, and find the Contract section. Contracts are a Pro plan feature.
Upload your contract
Tap Upload contract, enter a Title, choose the Contract file (one PDF up to 20 MB, or up to 10 photos of a paper contract, one per page) and tap Upload. It stays a draft that only you can see.
Check it with AI (optional)
Tap Check with AI · 1 credit (2 credits for photos). Each agreed term is marked Matches, Differs or Not in the contract.
Send it
Tap Send for signature, then Send contract. Your client gets a link to review and sign within 14 days, and confirms it's them with a code by text or email.
Sign it
Tap Sign (or Sign to finish once your client has signed), type Your full name, confirm it's you, tick the agreement box, and tap Sign contract. Only the account owner can sign for the business.
