Offer an ongoing service (weekly or monthly clients)
What is this?
Where available, sell a service that repeats each week or month and bill your client every period.
Step-by-step
Open the service
Go to Listings, tap the service, then Edit service. You can also add a new service.
Choose Ongoing service
In Price, under Service type, pick Ongoing service. If you don't see Service type, ongoing services aren't available for your store yet.
Set the terms
Choose the Billing frequency (Monthly or Weekly), a Minimum commitment (or No minimum) and the Notice to end (days).
Set the rate
Under Pricing, choose Fixed rate and enter the Rate per month (or week), or choose Custom quote to quote each client. Tap Save changes.
Quote the request
When a client sends a request, open it from Requests. For a custom quote, the amount you enter is the Rate per month (or week), not a one-time total.
Start the engagement
Once the client has accepted, tap Start ongoing engagement on the request. Under Review before starting, check the terms, set First billing period starts and Agreed scope, then tap Start engagement.
