Record laundry amount after collection
What is this?
Collect the load, record the actual kilos or item count once bags are back at the shop, then wash. Customers pay online, or cash at pickup or return.
Step-by-step
Open the laundry request
Tap Orders, open the laundry order, and use the laundry actions (not the generic service buttons).
Collect the laundry
For shop pickup, confirm the window then tap Laundry collected. Collection counts as accepted. The driver weighs on site without the app.
Record the measured quantity
When bags are back at the shop, enter the actual kg or item count for each laundry line. Keep or adjust the add-ons the customer selected. Attach an optional scale photo, then tap Record amount.
Record cash or wait for online pay
If the driver collected cash, tap Mark paid — pickup or Mark paid — return. Otherwise the customer can pay online from tracking after you record the amount.
Wash, return, and complete
Tap In the wash → Ready, schedule the return window if you deliver, then Completed. Completing requires payment (cash marked paid or online).
