Add opening hours
What is this?
Tell customers when you're open for orders, pickup, or visits. Staycation hosts set check-in times on each listing instead.
Why it matters
Hours set expectations and reduce messages asking when you're available. Overnight stays use listing check-in times, not a shop weekly schedule.
Step-by-step
Open Store profile
Go to /app/store.
Product and service stores
Use the Hours & category section or checklist deep link to set opening hours.
Item rental stores
Open the Fulfillment tab and set pickup and return hours so customers know when they can collect items.
Staycation and venue stores
Skip shop opening hours. Set check-in and check-out times on each listing, and add check-in instructions on Fulfillment.
Save changes
Tap Save. The go-live checklist marks hours complete when they are required for your store type.
