Plan limits, and what happens when you downgrade

What is this?

Understand your plan's order, listing and profile limits, and what changes when a paid plan ends.

Step-by-step

  1. Check your usage

Go to Settings → Plan & billing. Under Your plan, Orders this month shows when the count resets, and Storage (MB) counts photos across all your profiles.

  2. Over the order limit

New orders still come in, but they stay locked until you upgrade or the next period starts. A notice says how many came in over your limit. Periods are 30 days, counted from when you joined.

  3. Choose which profile stays active

With more than one store profile, go to Store profiles, pick the profile to keep, and tap Save choice. If you don't choose, Folivo keeps your oldest published profile.

  4. When a paid plan ends

After Cancel renewal, your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment keeps failing, it lasts until the date shown for updating your payment method. Then your account moves to Free.

  5. What pauses

Profiles over the Free limit stay saved with their listings, customers and orders. They stop taking new orders and can't be edited until you upgrade, but you can still finish existing orders, bookings and refunds.
