Delete a business profile or your account

What is this?

Remove one profile or your whole account. Your orders are kept for your customers.

Step-by-step

  1. Finish open orders

    Complete or cancel every open order, booking and request first. Folivo lists any that are still open.

  2. Open Danger zone

    Go to Settings → Delete profile or account (`/app/settings/danger-zone`).

  3. Delete one profile

    Tap Delete next to Delete this profile, type the profile name, then tap Delete profile. Its storefront and listings go; your other profiles stay. Its orders stay under Deleted profiles, where you can view them or download a CSV.

  4. Delete your whole account

    Tap Delete next to Delete entire account. Download each profile's orders first: after this you can no longer see them. Type DELETE, then tap Delete account.

  5. What customers see

    Customers keep their order history and tracking links. Your store link stays reserved and says the store is no longer on Folivo. A profile that never had an order is removed completely instead, and its link is free again.
