Customize your storefront
What is this?
Add a header button, badges, social links and an About section, plus Pro options like your own domain.
Why it matters
A complete storefront answers customers' questions before they message you and makes your store look like your brand.
Step-by-step
Open Store profile
Open Store profile from the sidebar. On a phone, tap Dashboard → Open menu → Store profile. Scroll down the Profile tab.
Fill in About
In About (shown on your storefront's About tab), add a photo and open Questions & answers → + Add FAQ item. Service stores also get Highlights, Experience & credentials, Booking policies and Notable clients.
Set up the header
In Storefront, open Header button to put one listing in your header, and Header badges to pick up to 3 badges.
Add social links
Open Social links and paste your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or website links.
Pro options
Open Custom domain, branding & tabs: turn off Show Folivo branding on my storefront or Show the Explore tab, or type Your domain and tap Connect domain. These need the Pro plan.
Save changes
Tap Save changes in the bar at the bottom. Connect domain saves on its own; follow the DNS steps it shows.
