Combine your shopper and business accounts
What is this?
Merge a customer account into your business account so one sign-in has all your orders and businesses.
Step-by-step
Sign in to your business account
Sign in the way you use for your business, then go to Settings → Security → Sign-in methods.
Connect the other sign-in
Tap Connect Google or Add mobile number and use the Google Account or number your customer account signs in with.
Check both accounts
Folivo asks Combine your two Folivo accounts? and shows Keep: business account and Combine and close: customer account.
Confirm or cancel
Tap Combine accounts to move the customer account's orders, bookings and sign-in methods into your business account. Tap Keep them separate to change nothing.
